  • 1 cups urad dal

  • 2 tsp methi seeds

  • 2 cups ragi flour

  • 2 tbsp salt

  • 4 cups water


  • Wash and soak urad dal and methi seeds for 4 hrs or overnight.
  • Grind them very finely and mix it with ragi flour and salt with little water for the required consistency.
  • Let the batter sit for fermentation for 8 hrs
  • Once the batter gets fermented mix it with little water and make dosa in a hot tawa.
  • Pour little oil/ghee, turn other side.
  • Tasty and healthy ragi dosa is ready to serve.
