Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups cooked rice


  • 4 nos eggs


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds


  • 1 inch cinnamon


  • 1 tsp chopped garlic


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 1 nos onion


  • 4 nos green chilli


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • In a pan add oil, when hot add cinnamon, fennel seeds, curry leaves, chopped garlic and green chilli.
  • When everything get roasted add onion, salt, turmeric powder when the onion turns pink, crack the eggs and pour in it.
  • After the eggs get cooked add pepper powder and the cooked rice in it and mix well.
  • Simple egg rice with leftover cooked rice.
