Ingredients

  • For base :maida 1 cups

  • palak puree 1/2 cups

  • oil 1 tbsp

  • sugar 1/2 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • rava 1/4 cups

  • dry yeast 1 tsp

  • For topping :crumbled paneer 1 cups

  • chopped onion 1 tbsp

  • Chopped coriander 1 tbsp

  • crushed mint leaves 1/2 tbsp

  • corn 1 tbsp

  • chaat masala 1 tsp

  • chilli flakes 1/2 tsp

  • pizza seasoning 1 tbsp

  • tomato ketchup 2 tbsp

  • butter 1 tbsp

  • tomato sliced 1 nos

  • grated cheese 2 tbsp

Directions

    For base.. Take lukewarm water in a bowl and add sugar in it add yeast in it and mix properly.. Keep aside at least for 5 minutes

    In a mixing bowl take maida, Rava, one spoon pizza seasoning, salt and mix add activated yeast in this and mix

  • 03

    Add palak puree in batches and knead a soft dough

  • 04

    Drizzle some oil and knead it for 5-10 minutes till dough becomes soft

  • 05

    Keep it covered for 15 minutes

    After 15 min knead it again and roll it in big chapati, cut this into small roundles with katoori, prick it with fork

  • 07

    Preheat oven at 180 degree grease the tray and keep all the pizza base and bake it for 8 min

  • 08

    For topping.. Mix crumbled paneer, chopped coriander, crushed mint, boiled corn, chaat masala, salt, chilly flakes and tomato ketchup and mix it

  • 09

    Take a base and topped with pizza seasoning and mint paneer mix, cheese, chopped tomato put some butter on it sprinkle some chilly flakes and seasoning

    Grease the pan with butter and bake pizza for 5-7 min or till cheese melt
