  • 1 cups for base :maida

  • 1/2 cups palak puree

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cups rava

  • 1 tsp dry yeast

  • 1 cups for topping :crumbled paneer

  • 1 tbsp chopped onion

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander

  • 1/2 tbsp crushed mint leaves

  • 1 tbsp corn

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

  • 1 tbsp pizza seasoning

  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 nos tomato sliced

  • 2 tbsp grated cheese


  • For base.. Take lukewarm water in a bowl and add sugar in it add yeast in it and mix properly.. Keep aside at least for 5 minutes
  • In a mixing bowl take maida, Rava, one spoon pizza seasoning, salt and mix add activated yeast in this and mix
  • Add palak puree in batches and knead a soft dough
  • Drizzle some oil and knead it for 5-10 minutes till dough becomes soft
  • Keep it covered for 15 minutes
  • After 15 min knead it again and roll it in big chapati, cut this into small roundles with katoori, prick it with fork
  • Preheat oven at 180 degree grease the tray and keep all the pizza base and bake it for 8 min
  • For topping.. Mix crumbled paneer, chopped coriander, crushed mint, boiled corn, chaat masala, salt, chilly flakes and tomato ketchup and mix it
  • Take a base and topped with pizza seasoning and mint paneer mix, cheese, chopped tomato put some butter on it sprinkle some chilly flakes and seasoning
  • Grease the pan with butter and bake pizza for 5-7 min or till cheese melt
