tomato 7-8 nos
Salt to taste 1 pinch
Butter as required 2 tbsp
Bread croutons 8-10 nos
Black pepper according taste 1 pinch
cornflour 2-3 tsp
Sugar if u required 1 tbsp
Cut the tomato n cook in pressure cooker.
Cool down the tomato sieve the puree by strainer.
Now put the puree in pan snd cook it.
Add salt,pepper powder and sugar when get thick add cornflour salary.
Cook 3-5min and switch off the flame.
Serve the soup in glass or bowl with butter n bread croutons.
If u wanna sprinkle some pepper powder.
