Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Yellow moong dal 1/4 cups

  • Finely chopped tomato 1/2 cups

  • Finely chopped onion 1/4 cups

  • Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp

  • Finely chopped green chilly 1 tsp

  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

  • Butter 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Fresh cream 1 tbsp

Directions

    Wash Moong Dal And Soak For Two Hours.

    Heat Butter In A Pan.

    Add Onion Ginger And Green Chilly And Saute For One To Two Mins.

    Add Yellow Moong Dal,Salt And Four Cup Of Water Cook For Ten Mins In A Medium Flame.

    Now Add Tomato, Black Pepper Powder And Coriander Leaves And Cook For Two Mins.

    Once Cooled Add In The Blender And Make A Smooth Paste.

    Garnish With Fresh Crean And Serve Hot.
