Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgs palak


  • 3-4 nos onion chopped


  • 2 tbsp chhok


  • 1 tsp garlic n green chilli paste


  • 1/2 cups fresh malai


  • 1 tsp kitchen king masala


  • 1 nos sabut garam masala : ,badi, ilayachi,tez pata


  • 1 tsp red chilli pow


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1 tsp poppy seeds


  • 100 gms paneer


  • 2 gms tomato

Directions

  • Pahle paneer ke piece ker le n halka fry kare
  • Pan me oil dale sabut masala dale n palak ko pees ker dale or bhun le ab tomato present hue dal le
  • Sare dry masale dalker bhune ab paneer dale and fresh malai dale bhun le
  • Ab water dalker low flame per 5 min cook kare
  • Serve with roti or nan.
