Blanch brocolli first. Put the brocolli florets in hot water for a minute and drain and put in cold water. Again drain and keep aside.
Take the pizza base, apply pizza sauce evenly.
Top the base with veggies.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Heat a twa, keep a stand or plate on tawa and place the pizza on top.
Cover it with a lid and cook for 5 mins.
Remove from tawa and sprinkle red chilli flakes and dried oregano and serve.
