  • 100 gms for the pasta :boneless chicken

  • 1 1/2 cups boiled pasta

  • 1 tsp chopped garlic

  • 2 tbsp chopped bell peppers

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper powder

  • 1 tsp chilly flakes

  • 1/4 tsp basil

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp white sauce: butter

  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)

  • 1 cups milk

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder

  • 2 tbsp cheddar (grated)

  • 1 tsp parmesan cheese (for sprinkling)


  • Heat a pan with olive oil. Then add the chopped garlic.
  • Once it smells, add the cubed chicken pieces and saute for few minutes.
  • Put a lid on and cook for few minutes till the chicken is soft.
  • Then add the chopped bell peppers, salt and herbs.
  • Cook till done and add the boiled pasta and stir. Keep aside.
  • To make the white sauce, heat a nonstick pan with butter, and add the flour.
  • Keep stirring till it is cooked which takes about 3-4 minutes.
  • Slowly add the milk while stirring, so that there are no lumps. Add the salt and pepper.
  • As soon as the sauce thickens, switch off the flame.
  • Now mix in the Cheddar cheese and stir followed by the cooked pasta.
  • Serve it with a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top.
