Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Boneless chicken (vegetarians can omit this) 200 gms

  • Chopped bell peppers (red, green, yellow) 1/2 cups

  • chopped garlic 1 tbsp

  • chopped green chillies 1 tbsp

  • chopped carrots 1/2 cups

  • Boiled pasta 1 1/2 cups

  • Oregano 1 tbsp

  • Chilly flakes 1 tsp

  • Thyme/rosemary 1 tbsp

  • Refined oil/olive oil 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella) 2 tbsp

  • White sauce:Butter 2 tbsp

  • Maida 2 tbsp

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Pepper 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat the pan, add oil. Add the chopped garlic and chillies. Once they start smelling add the chicken pieces.

    Once , chicken is little colored add the chopped vegetables, salt and all the spices. Cook till done.

    Add the boiled pasta and keep aside.

    To make the white sauce, heat a pan, add the butter. Once it melts, add the maida and keep stirring.

    Once the maida is cooked, slowly add the milk while stirring. Add salt and pepper.

    Once it is thick, and bubbles, switch off the flame.

    Now, to assemble, grease a baking tray, mix the cooked pasta into the white sauce. Put this into the baking tray.

    pread grated cheese, some oregano and chilli flakes. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200℃. Cut and serve.
