  • 2 nos for bhaji -carrot


  • 1 cups peas


  • 1 cups cauliflour


  • 1 cups cabbage


  • 2 nos potato chopped


  • 2 nos capsicum chopped


  • 2 nos tadka-onion


  • 6-7 nos garlic


  • 3-4 nos green chilli


  • 1 piece ginger


  • 1/2 tsp (dry masale -red chilli pow


  • 1/2 tsp dhaniya pow


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 2 pinch orange food colour


  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • For bhaji : Sabko mila ker boil ker le
  • Tadka : Sabko pees le n paste bana le
  • Pan me oil 2tbsp dalker onion paste dale halka pink hone per 4peese hue tomato dalker dry masale dale
  • Mix kare n bhun le jab tel chhune lage boil vegetables ko beater se halka mash ker ke is paste me dalker thoda bhune
  • Ab 2 cup pani dale n 2 tbsp butter ya ghee dalker low flame per cook kare. Ready hai yummy bhaji serve with pav.
