  • For bhaji -carrot 2 nos

  • Peas 1 cups

  • Cauliflour 1 cups

  • cabbage 1 cups

  • Potato chopped 2 nos

  • Capsicum chopped 2 nos

  • Tadka-onion 2 nos

  • garlic 6-7 nos

  • green chilli 3-4 nos

  • ginger 1 piece

  • (Dry masale -red chilli pow 1/2 tsp

  • Dhaniya pow 1/2 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • Orange food colour 2 pinch

  • pav bhaji masala 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

    Pan me oil 2tbsp dalker onion paste dale halka pink hone per 4peese hue tomato dalker dry masale dale

    Mix kare n bhun le jab tel chhune lage boil vegetables ko beater se halka mash ker ke is paste me dalker thoda bhune

    Ab 2 cup pani dale n 2 tbsp butter ya ghee dalker low flame per cook kare. Ready hai yummy bhaji serve with pav.
