Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 400 gms fish


  • 1 nos onion (chopped finely)


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 1 cups methi leaves


  • 2 nos green chillies


  • 1 tbsp garlic (crushed)


  • 1 inch ginger (grated)


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cups oil


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves

Directions

  • Clean the fish and marinate with salt and turmeric powder.
  • Heat oil and fry the fish slices. Let it cool.
  • Remove the bones and crumble it.
  • In a pan take the same oil left over after frying the fish.
  • Add garlic and ginger. Sauté.
  • Now tip in the onion and sauté until translucent.
  • Add the tomato and green chillies.
  • When the onion gets cooked add the methi and coriander leaves. Simmer for a minute.
  • Add the crumbled fish , little salt and spice powders.
