Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Fish 400 gms

  • Onion (chopped finely) 1 nos

  • tomato 1 nos

  • Methi leaves 1 cups

  • green chillies 2 nos

  • Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp

  • Ginger (grated) 1 inch

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 1/4 cups

  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cups

Directions

    Clean the fish and marinate with salt and turmeric powder.

    Heat oil and fry the fish slices. Let it cool.

    Remove the bones and crumble it.

  • 04

    In a pan take the same oil left over after frying the fish.

  • 05

    Add garlic and ginger. Sauté.

  • 06

    Now tip in the onion and sauté until translucent.

    Add the tomato and green chillies.

  • 08

    When the onion gets cooked add the methi and coriander leaves. Simmer for a minute.

    Add the crumbled fish , little salt and spice powders.
