  • 250 grm or 1 pack pasta 1 tblspn oil 1 tblspn chopped garlic 1 tblspn chopped ginger 1 chopped big size onion some sliced carrot some chopped beans some chopped green nd red bell pepper 2,3 chopped green chilli 2 chopped big tomatoes 1 tblspn corn (optional) 1/3 black pepper 1 tsp origano salt to taste 1 tblspn tomato catchup 2 tblspn fresh cream 1 tblspn butter 1/3 tsp sugar optional water to boil pasta

    Boil the pasta with 1 tsp sugar nd 1 tsp oil till softens

    Heat up a skilled to medium, add oil, garlic, ginger soute till golden brown add onion nd soute well till become transparent and all veggies. Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook until veggies are cooked and soft, sprinkle with salt.

    Now add tomatoes Cover and cook on medium low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add tomato sauce, and veggies and mix well. Add origano, black pepper, and any other fresh herbs. Add fresh cream nd sugar if using

    Combine pasta nd mix well with all veggies now add butter mix well Cover and cook on medium low heat for about 5 minutes, ut pasta is ready serve hot
