Ingredients

  • Pasta 250 gms

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • chopped garlic 1 tbsp

  • chopped ginger 1 tbsp

  • Chopped Big Size Onion 1 nos

  • chopped beans 1/4 cups

  • Sliced Carrot 1/4 cups

  • Chopped Green Nd Red Bell Pepper 1/4 cups

  • chopped green chilli 2-3 nos

  • Chopped Big Tomatoes 2 nos

  • Corn (Optional) 1 tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1/3 tsp

  • Origano Salt To Taste 1 tsp

  • Tomato Catchup 1 tbsp

  • resh Cream 2 tbsp

  • Butter 1 tbsp

  • Sugar Optional Water To Boil Pasta 1/3 tsp

Directions

    Boil the pasta with 1 tsp sugar nd 1 tsp oil till softens

    Heat up a skilled to medium, add oil, garlic, ginger soute till golden brown add onion nd soute well till become transparent and all veggies. Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook until veggies are cooked and soft, sprinkle with salt.

    Now add tomatoes Cover and cook on medium low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add tomato sauce, and veggies and mix well. Add origano, black pepper, and any other fresh herbs.Add fresh cream nd sugar if using

    Combine pasta nd mix well with all veggies now add butter mix well Cover and cook on medium low heat for about 5 minutes, ut pasta is ready serve hot
