Boil brocolli for 5 mins. Drain and keep aside the stock.
Heat butter in a wok. Add garlic,onions and saute for 2 mins.
Add salt when onion becomes translucent.
Add brocolli and toss.
Add dried herbs and pepper powder and mix.
Switch off the flame and let it cool and blend into fine paste.
Pour this to the same pan and add stock and corn flour and boil for a minute.
