Wash the daal.
take all vegetables and moong daal in cooker .
add little water and cook vegetables in cooker till 3 whistles come in medium flame
Cool vegetables at room temperature.
after cooling grind in mixer.
Strain this purie.
Heat ghee in kadai or pan.
When oil get heated , add soup mixer.
Add water accordingly.
Add salt, black salt, black pepper and boil it.
Turn off the gas.
Garnish with cream and serve hot.
