Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 medium size-chopped tomatoes


  • 1/2 cup chopped beetroot


  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot


  • 1/4 cup chopped cabbage


  • 1/4 cup chopped bottle gaurd


  • 2 tea spoon grated ginger


  • 1/4 cup peas


  • 1/4 cup yellow moong daal


  • 1/4 tea spoon salt


  • 1/4 tea spoon black salt


  • 1/4 tea spoon black pepper


  • 1 tea spoon ghee


  • 1/2 tea spoon fresh cream for garnishing

Directions

  • Wash the daal.
  • take all vegetables and moong daal in cooker .
  • add little water and cook vegetables in cooker till 3 whistles come in medium flame
  • Cool vegetables at room temperature.
  • after cooling grind in mixer.
  • Strain this purie.
  • Heat ghee in kadai or pan.
  • When oil get heated , add soup mixer.
  • Add water accordingly.
  • Add salt, black salt, black pepper and boil it.
  • Turn off the gas.
  • Garnish with cream and serve hot.
