Clean basa fillets.. marinate with lemon juice and salt for 7minutes
After that drain the excess water that comes out from the fish
Then again marinate it with 2tablespoon of garlic-red chilli paste
Leave them for 10 minutes
Heat oil.. fry the garlic-red chilli marinated fish, until brown spots appears on both sides
Keep them aside
Into the same pan add the rest olive oil
Fry chopped onions..
Add rest of garlic-red chilli paste
Fry them for 2 minutes
Add tomato puree
Cook them until oil separates
Then add paprika powder, cumin powder..
Add salt and pepper
Add coconut milk.. then add fish fillets.. u can make cube/chunk pieces of the fillets
Into an another pan heat some oil and grill the bell peppers
Then add this bell peppers to the gravy..
