  • 1 cups for tacos shell : wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups jwari ka ata


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 pinch salt as per tast


  • 1 tsp white til


  • 1/2 cups methi chopped


  • 1 cups water as needed


  • 1 nos salad--grated -carrot


  • 1/4 cups grated cabbage


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala


  • 100 gms filling :paneer cut in little square


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 2 nos capsicum chopped


  • 6-7 nos garlic chopped


  • 1 piece ginger chopped


  • 2 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce


  • 1 tbsp meyonese


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 2 tsp oil

  • Sabko mix karke dough bana le
  • Dough ko 1/2hour rahne de
  • Ab iski badi roti bele
  • Or isse round shape kat le glass ki help se
  • In shaper ko tawe per halka sek le
  • Ab hot oil me deep fry kare
  • Ek ek ko nikal ker kitchen towel per rakhe and belan se fold ker le
  • Ready hai tacos shell
  • Filling : Pan me oil dale ginger ,garlic,chilli dalker
  • Mix kare ab onion dale and capsicum,dalker half cook kare isme paneer
  • cubes sauces ,meyonese salt,pepper dalker mix kare
