  • Jwari ka ata 1/2 cups

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • Haldi powder 1/4 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt as per tast 1 pinch

  • White til 1 tsp

  • Methi chopped 1/2 cups

  • Water as needed 1 cups

  • Salad--grated -carrot 1 nos

  • Grated cabbage 1/4 cups

  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • chat masala 1/2 tsp

  • Filling :Paneer cut in little square 100 gms

  • Onion chopped 1 nos

  • Capsicum chopped 2 nos

  • Garlic chopped 6-7 nos

  • Ginger chopped 1 piece

  • Green chilli chopped 2 nos

  • Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp

  • Meyonese 1 tbsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • Tomato sauce 1 tbsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 2 tsp
