Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 nos tomatoes
  • 1 nos small beetroot
  • 1 nos carrot
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 tsp salt / to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

Directions

  • Peel wash and cut beetroot , carrot and ginger .
  • Wash and cut tomatoes .
  • Boil these with 4 -5 cup of water and cool it .
  • Now blend it and add salt , blackpepper powder and cumin powder .
  • Now pour into a pan and again boil for 2 minutes .
  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot .
