  • Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • Hot Sauce 1 tsp

  • Puff Pastry Sheet 1 nos

    In A Wok Braise Onion Til Golden Brown Color, Add Tomatoes N Spices Braise Til Forms A Paste Add Sauces N Veggies Cook Little Should Be Roast Type

    Roll Puff Pastry To Size Of Medium Sized Casserole Or Pie Moulds To The Rim, And Spread Over Casserole Or Pie Moulds

    Let It Cool Down Spread Mashed Potato N Level It.

    Now Pour Veggie Mixture, Roll Puff Pastry To Same Diameter As Casserole Or Pie Mould, Put Over Veggie Mixture, Poke With Fork Or Slash With Sharp Knife So Air Escapes While Baking, Glaze With Beaten Eggs And Bake In Oven On 200C, Remove From Oven N Serve...
