  • 1 cup semolina (rava)

  • 3/4 cup curd (dahi)

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt or as required

  • 1 cup water or as needed

  • 3/4 cup grated cheese

  • 1 cup sliced pizza toppings

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 1/2 tsp italian herbs

  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce

  • 2 tsp red chilli sauce

  • 2 tsp olive oil


  • In a big bowl combine semolina, curd, salt and mix well. Add1/2 cup water little by little to make semi thick batter.
  • Cover the lid and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile dice or slice your pizza toppings. Mix pizza sauce and red chilli sauce. keep aside.
  • After 15 minutes water will be absorbed by the semolina. Add baking soda and required amount of water. Make semi thick running batter.
  • Brush oil to a non stick pan and heat it up.
  • Pour batter and make thick circle. Cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • Flip it. Spread sauce, some cheese, add veggies, salt to taste. Note:- Add chopped green chilli if you like your pizza spicy or else you can totally skip it. Feel free to add your favourite pizza toppings.
  • Add remaining cheese also. Sprinkle Italian herbs and red chilli flakes.
  • Cover the lid and let it cook for 2 minutes or untill cheese melts. Once cheese melts our rava pizza is ready. Switch off the flame. Transfer it to a plate.
  • Serve immediately with more sauce and chilled soft drinks if you like. Enjoy ☺
