Marinate fish fillet pieces with garlic lemon juice, salt and pepper for 30 minutes
Heat oil over medium heat in large pan
Add white part of onion. Cook until soft
Add bell pepper, paprika and red chilli flakes with salt and pepper
Note in case you don't get sweet paprika use regular paprika. Dont add sugar in this dish
Add in tomatoes and green spring onions. Cook for 5 minutes. Add cilantro and mix well
Use large spoon , remove half of the veggies from the pan
Spread remaining over pan evenly
Arrange fish pieces over veggies. Now spread reserved veggies over fish
Pour coconut milk over the fish and veggies
Bring stew to simmer. Reduce heat. Cover and cook for 15 minutes
Adjust seasoning if required
Garnish with cilantro. Serve hot with bread or rice
