Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4-5 nos for gravy:whole spices-kashmiri whole red chili


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2-3 nos cloves


  • 2 nos cinnamon


  • 3-4 nos cardamom


  • 2 cups other ingredients : onion


  • 4 cups tomato


  • 1 nos ginger


  • 3 nos green chilli


  • 4-5 nos garlic


  • 1 tsp kasoori methi


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1/4 cups butter


  • 7-10 nos cashew nut gravy


  • 2 cups paneer

Directions

  • Soak cashew nuts in 1/2 cup water for 30 minutes.
  • Heat butter in a pressure cooker. Let it melt. Add all whole spices to it. Add onion, garlic, ginger, green chili,tomatoes and Cashew nuts.
  • Saute it for 5 minutes over a medium heat. Close the pressure cooker lid. Cook it until 2-3 Whistles.
  • Let the pressure cooker cool down, and put all mixture into mixer grinder. Blend it very well. Make a paste and strain it using strainer.
  • Take strained paste in a pan. Season it with salt and kasuri methi. Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes over a medium to low heat.
  • Once it comes to a boil add sugar and heavy whipping cream.
  • Add paneer to it. Mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
  • Makhmali Kaju Paneer is ready. Serve it with Rice, Naan or Paratha . Enjoy Happy Meal !!!...
