Ingredients

Serves 4

  • For gravy:Whole spices-Kashmiri Whole Red chili 4-5 nos

  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • Cloves 2-3 nos

  • Cinnamon 2 nos

  • Cardamom 3-4 nos

  • Other Ingredients : Onion 2 cups

  • tomato 4 cups

  • ginger 1 nos

  • green chilli 3 nos

  • garlic 4-5 nos

  • Kasoori Methi 1 tsp

  • salt to taste 1 pinch

  • Sugar 1 tsp

  • Butter 1/4 cups

  • Cashew nut gravy 7-10 nos

  • Paneer 2 cups

Directions

    Soak cashew nuts in 1/2 cup water for 30 minutes.

    Heat butter in a pressure cooker. Let it melt. Add all whole spices to it. Add onion, garlic, ginger, green chili,tomatoes and Cashew nuts.

    Saute it for 5 minutes over a medium heat. Close the pressure cooker lid. Cook it until 2-3 Whistles.

    Let the pressure cooker cool down, and put all mixture into mixer grinder. Blend it very well. Make a paste and strain it using strainer.

    Take strained paste in a pan. Season it with salt and kasuri methi. Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes over a medium to low heat.

    Once it comes to a boil add sugar and heavy whipping cream.

    Add paneer to it. Mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes over a medium heat.

    Makhmali Kaju Paneer is ready. Serve it with Rice, Naan or Paratha . Enjoy Happy Meal !!!...
