Heat a pot and add 2 tablespoon of ghee in it.Fry the cashews and raisins in a low to medium flame
and remove them in a plate.Then add the vermicelli and roast it in the ghee till it changes
the color and remove it in a plate.
Clean the same pot and add 1 liter milk along with 1 1/2 cup of water.Heat the pot and allow it
to boil in a medium flame.When it reduces it into a little add sugar and stir well.Add 1 pinch of salt
and condensed milk into the milk and stir it in medium flame(you can check the sugar and add according
to your taste).When the milk reduces into half add the roasted vermicelli and allow it cook in the milk.
Add the cardamom powder and mix it.When the vemicelli is cooked,you can cover it for 5 minutes
before adding the cashews and raisins.It will allow to cook the semiya in the milk and give a good taste.
Open the lid and add the cashews and raisins,mix it with the payasam.Tasty semiya payasam is ready to serve.
