Cooking the beef:
take 1 1/2 cup of cube sized beef.Clean the beef and take it into a bowl.
Add 2 teaspoon gigergarlic paste,1/4 cup crushed shallots,some curryleaves,
Redchilli powder 2tsp,turmeric powder 1tsp,coriander powder 2tsp,garam masala 1tsp
funnelseed powder 1 tsp,pepper powder 1/2tsp,salt 1 1/4 tsp,coconut oil 2tsp
mix it well with your hand.If u need water u can add a little.
Transfer the beef mix into a cooker and cook it in highflame.
After the first whistle make it in low flame and cook for 20 minutes
Cooking the kappa/tapioca:
Take 1 kg tapioca clean and cut into small pieces. transfer into a cooker.
Add salt 1tsp,turmeric powder 1tsp, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder,some curry leaves
add water as required and cook till it become soft(2-3 whistles).
Take another pot,heat it add coconut oil,chopped shallots(15 no),curry leaves,
3 dry red chillies stir it for 3-5 minutes.Add the cooked beef into it and stir
it for 2-3 minutes.Then add tapioca mix it well.Add salt as per taste,
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder and 1/4 teaspoon fennel seed powder and mix well.Cook till
the gravy become thick.Add 2 teaspoon coconut oil over the cooked tapioca beef biriyani.
