Ingredients
Serves : 2
Sitaphal/custard apple -2 nos
Full cream milk -1 cup
Condensed milk -3 tablespoon
Sugar -4 tablespoon
Cardamom -3 nos
Nuts - 1 tbsp & saffron - 1/4 tsp
Directions
Take a bowl cut the custard apple ,remove the seeds
and collect the fruit pulp in the bowl.
Add 3 tablespoon of condensed milk into the fruit pulp
and mix it well.
cooking:
Add milk into the pan,cook into low to medium flame
till it reduces to a little.Then add 4 tablespoon sugar
and cook for sometime.Add the pulp mix cook it on
a low flame for 3-4 minutes,stir in between.Add
nuts,3 cardamom and a pitch of saffron and mix it.
Switch off the flame,chill for 2-3 hours and serve.
