Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 450 gms chicken breast -


  • 1 1/ cups asparagus


  • 1 cups chopped onion


  • 1/2 cups red capsicum


  • 1/2 cups yellow capsicum


  • 1/2 cups tomato


  • 4 nos chopped garlic cloves


  • 3 tsp oilve oil


  • 1 - 1 1/2 tsp salt and pepper


  • 2 tbsp dill leaves and thyme for seasoning(optional)

Directions

  • Marinating the chicken:
  • Clean and cut the chicken into small pieces,drain it well.
  • Add the bellow items and marinate it for 30 minutes.
  • 1.Red chilli powder -1tsp
  • 2.Kashmiri chilli powder-1tsp
  • 3.Turmeric powder -1/2tsp
  • 4.Pepper powder -3/4tsp
  • 5.Ginger garlic paste -1tsp
  • 6.Salt -1tsp
  • Cooking:
  • Heat the pan and add 2tsp of olive oil.When it become hot,
  • add the chicken pieces and fry it.Remove the cooked chicken
  • into a plate and kept aside.
  • In the same pan add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and saute the garlic
  • next add the chopped onion,1tsp salt,1/2tsp pepper powder
  • and stir it well.Next add the asparagus stir it.Cover and
  • cook it for 2-3 minutes in low flame.
  • Add tomoto,capsicums and stir it well.Again cover and cook
  • for 2-3 minutes.When the vegitables are cooked add the fried
  • chicken pieces, mix it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Open it and check the salt and peppr.Add it if required.
  • Add dill leaves and thyme for seasoning,mix it well.
  • Off the flame and serve the dish into another plate.
  • You can eat it along with rice and chappati.
  • Note:Asparagus and capsicum have so many health benifits.
