Marinating the chicken:
Clean and cut the chicken into small pieces,drain it well.
Add the bellow items and marinate it for 30 minutes.
1.Red chilli powder -1tsp
2.Kashmiri chilli powder-1tsp
3.Turmeric powder -1/2tsp
4.Pepper powder -3/4tsp
5.Ginger garlic paste -1tsp
6.Salt -1tsp
Cooking:
Heat the pan and add 2tsp of olive oil.When it become hot,
add the chicken pieces and fry it.Remove the cooked chicken
into a plate and kept aside.
In the same pan add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and saute the garlic
next add the chopped onion,1tsp salt,1/2tsp pepper powder
and stir it well.Next add the asparagus stir it.Cover and
cook it for 2-3 minutes in low flame.
Add tomoto,capsicums and stir it well.Again cover and cook
for 2-3 minutes.When the vegitables are cooked add the fried
chicken pieces, mix it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Open it and check the salt and peppr.Add it if required.
Add dill leaves and thyme for seasoning,mix it well.
Off the flame and serve the dish into another plate.
You can eat it along with rice and chappati.
