Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Spinach leaves: 1/2 bunch

  • Garlic: 1 tbsp finely chopped

  • Black pepper powder: 2 tsp

  • Dried herbs: 1/2 tsp

  • Fresh cream: 2 tbsp

  • Vegetable stock: 1 cup

  • Salt: 1 tsp

  • Butter: 1 tbsp

Directions

    Clean,dry and chop spinach leaves and keep aside.

    Heat butter in a pan, add garlic and saute for 30 secs.

  • 03

    Add chopped spinach leaves with salt and saute till leaves become soft.

  • 04

    Add pepper powder and mix.

  • 05

    Switch off the flame and let it cool.

  • 06

    Blend this in to a fine paste.

  • 07

    In the same pan, add the blend paste with vegetable stock and boil .

  • 08

    Add fresh cream and stir.

  • 09

    Finally add little more pepper powder and dried herbs and switch off the flame.
