Ingredients

  • Penne pasta 250 gm

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Oil 1 spoon

  • Water 4 cups

  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 spoon

  • Poblano Pepper 1

  • Green Chillies 7-8

  • Black Pepper powder 1 spoon

  • Cheese 1 cup

Directions

    TAKE PENNE PASTA IN PAN.

    ADD WATER, OIL, SALT.

    BOIL THEM TO 80%

  • 04

    REMOVE EXCESS WATER AFTER BOILING.

    TAKE POBLANO PEPPER. CUT THEM INTO PIECES AND REMOVE SEED PART

    TAKE POBLANO PEPPER AND GREEN CHILLIES, ADD SALT AND MAKE A FINE PASTE.

    HEAT OIL IN PAN, ADD GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, ADD PASTA, ADD THE PASTE WHICH WE MADE, ADD LITTLE WATER ADD BLACK PEPPER POWDER AND MIX WELL.

    Serve pasta by grating cheese on it.
