Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Pasta: boiled 2 cups

  • Bell pepper: 1 finely chopped

  • Onion: 1 finely chopped

  • Red cabbage: 1/4 cup finely chopped

  • Fresh corn kernels: 1/4 cup boiled

  • Dried oregano: 1 tsp

  • Dried thyme: 1/2 tsp

  • Black pepper powder:1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp

  • Salt: 1 tsp

  • Plain flour: 1/2 cup

  • Milk: 1 cup

  • Butter: 1 tbsp

Directions

    Heat butter in a pan, add plain flour and milk simultaneously. Take care no lumps are formed, keep stirring continuously.

    Add all veggies,dried herbs,black pepper powder,mayo and salt and mix well.

    Add boiled pasta to this and toss well.

    Sprinkle dried herbs on top.

    Serve hot.
