Soak green gram and red cow pea over night
In grinder add cumin, coconut onion ,garlic and soaked drained grams and salt
Grind well
Take a banana leaf
Heat keaf on flame to make it soft
Spread mixture over it
Place banana stem in the middle
Roll it tightly
Steam it for 10 minutes
Remove stem
Cut into i inch thick pieces
Fry this veh fish pieces into hot oil
For curry soak tamerind into water
Add onion garlic cumin fenugreek garkic and ginger to maje a smooth paste
Heat oil add masala saute it .
Add turmeric ,chilli powder , coriander and saute for 5 minutes.
Add water to make a thick gravy
Add veg fish pieces into gravy .
Cook for 10 minutes with covered lid
Garnish with coconut
Srrve hot with rice.
