Heat oil in a pan shallow fry potato chunks till golden in colour
Remove fried potato chunks
Now shallow fry lady's finger till golden in colour and remove from heat
Now in the same pan , splutter Mustard Seeds , jeera and curry leaves
Add chana dal flour and saute' till golden brown in colour
Now add 1-2 glasses of water and mix well vigerously to avoid any lumps
Now add chopped cauliflower , drumsticks , tomato , fried potato and lady's finger . Add all the spices mentioned as per taste.
Adjust salt according to taste , mix well and cook covered till veggies cook
Lastly add tamarind pulp , chopped coriander ...cook for more time
Traditional Sindhi kadhi is ready to serve . Serve hot immediately with chapati phulka naan bread or rice
