Make a paste of onion tomato in a mixer and keep it aside..
Now in a pressure cooker , add ghee , warm it on a medium flame ..
Add jeera..allow it to splutter . Add onion tomato paste and roast them till it leaves the ghee from the sides .
Add curd and stir it thoroughly .
Add all spices and vadis and roast it for 5 minutes
Add cut potatoes into cubes ..
Add water and adjust its consistency .
Close the lid of the cooker .Give 2 whistles..
After 2 whistles, release the steam , add chopped coriander leaves and kasoori methi
