Ingredients

Serves 4

  • All purpose flour 2 cups

  • Oil 4 tablespoon

  • Ghee 1/4cup

  • Cola water 1/2 cup

  • Oil 3 cups to fry

Directions

    Take flour into a deep bowl add oil to crumble it .add cold water and kneed it

  • 02

    Cover and rest the dough for 30 minutes.

    Devide dough into equal part roll out big roti with a ball

  • 04

    Spred ghee over it

  • 05

    Add dusting flour to it

  • 06

    Cut a slit from the center

  • 07

    Take the corner and roll into a conical shape

    Tuck the loose end inside

  • 09

    Cut the conical side

  • 10

    Dip into oil and set aside

  • 11

    Cover all ready cone with a damp cotton cloth for 30 minutes rest

    Now take one cone

  • 13

    Press lightly

    Roll into a roti

  • 15

    Deep fry into hot oil on medium heat.

    Drain when it turned golden and crisp

    Place on a tissue paper

  • 18

    Serve hot with chola sabji and dahi
