  • All purpose flour 2 cups

  • Oil 4 tablespoon

  • Ghee 1/4cup

  • Cola water 1/2 cup

  • Oil 3 cups to fry


  • Take flour into a deep bowl add oil to crumble it .add cold water and kneed it
  • Cover and rest the dough for 30 minutes.
  • Devide dough into equal part roll out big roti with a ball
  • Spred ghee over it
  • Add dusting flour to it
  • Cut a slit from the center
  • Take the corner and roll into a conical shape
  • Tuck the loose end inside
  • Cut the conical side
  • Dip into oil and set aside
  • Cover all ready cone with a damp cotton cloth for 30 minutes rest
  • Now take one cone
  • Press lightly
  • Roll into a roti
  • Deep fry into hot oil on medium heat.
  • Drain when it turned golden and crisp
  • Place on a tissue paper
  • Serve hot with chola sabji and dahi
