Ingredients

Serves 4

  • sooji 1 cups

  • water 4 cups

  • Sakt 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger grated 1 tsp

  • Greenchili grated 1/2 tsp

  • Fot tampering :masala 1 tsp

  • oil 1 tbsp

  • chana dal 1 tsp

  • urad dal 1 tsp

  • curry leaves 5 nos

  • mustard seeds 1 tsp

Directions

    Boil water in a pan add ginger and chilli and salt

  • 02

    Add sooji after boiling water

  • 03

    Mix well

  • 04

    When water soak all sooji and sooji is ready to leave pan

  • 05

    Transfer it into a plate for cooling

  • 06

    Make balls of it

  • 07

    Add oil in a pan

  • 08

    Add all crackling ingredients.

    Add gu powder .

  • 10

    Add sooji balls

  • 11

    Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Serve hot
