Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups sooji


  • 4 cups water


  • 1/2 tsp sakt


  • 1 tsp ginger grated


  • 1/2 tsp greenchili grated


  • 1 tsp fot tampering :masala


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp chana dal


  • 1 tsp urad dal


  • 5 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

Directions

  • Boil water in a pan add ginger and chilli and salt
  • Add sooji after boiling water
  • Mix well
  • When water soak all sooji and sooji is ready to leave pan
  • Transfer it into a plate for cooling
  • Make balls of it
  • Add oil in a pan
  • Add all crackling ingredients.
  • Add gu powder .
  • Add sooji balls
  • Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve hot
