Ingredients

  • chikpea flour 1 cups

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Water for gravy grinding masala 3 cups

  • panchphoran 1 tbsp

  • yellow mastard 2 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • cumin 1 tsp

  • full mastard oil 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

    Mix chickpeas flour salt cjilli powder and make athick.batter for chilla

    Heat a teaspoon oil on nonstick tawa.

    Add a laddle full batter on tawa

    Spread like chilla

    Cook on medium flame

    when upper layer is still uncooked wrap into a roll

    Make all chilla roll like this

    Kerp aside for cooling

    After cooling cut into.uneven big small pieces.

    For gravy

    Take a grinder add garlic ,mustard , cortiander ,red chilli powder , sakt ,mango.powder turmeric powder grind into a smooth paste .

    Heat oil into a thick.bottom pan

    add. panchphoran and Add masala soute for 5 minutes

    Add water and boil to.make a thin flowy gravy .

    Add chilla pieces in it .boil for 10 mimutes on low flame .
