Ingredients

  • 1 cup All purpose flour


  • 1 tbsp Ghee


  • 1 tbsp Chironji nuts


  • 1 tbsp Rasins


  • 4 tbsp dry fruits powder


  • 4 tbsp grated coconut


  • 50 gm Petha


  • ½ tsp Cardamom powder


  • Oil or Ghee for frying


  • Green food colour








Directions

  • Mix 1 cup All purpose flour & 1 tbsp Ghee | Add water step by step & make a medium soft dough | Keep it for 10 minutes Mix Chironji nuts, Rasins, dry fruit powder, grated Coconut, Cardamom powder & grated Petha to make stuffingAdd red food colour to one part of the dough Make green & white poori Cut white poori & stick it with red poori using All purpose flour slurry Place stuffing & make Gujia Heat Oil or Ghee & fry on low flame Serve it .
