Mix 1 cup All purpose flour & 1 tbsp Ghee | Add water step by step & make a medium soft dough | Keep it for 10 minutes
Mix Chironji nuts, Rasins, dry fruit powder, grated Coconut, Cardamom powder & grated Petha to make stuffingAdd red food colour to one part of the dough
Make green & white poori
Cut white poori & stick it with red poori using All purpose flour slurry
Place stuffing & make Gujia
Heat Oil or Ghee & fry on low flame
Serve it .
