For Tomato Chutney: 6 Ripe tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teapoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teapoon methi powder
1 pinch hing
1 teaspoon curry leaves
1 medium onion
2 teaspoon ginglley oil (sesame seed oil)
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
For dosa batter 1 cup urad dhal
2 cups idli rice and 1 cup raw rice
1 handful poha.
For Chutney :
Add oil to the kadai heat it and add mustard seeds hing curry pata and then onions to to cook well then add tomatoes chilli powder salt and sugar and cook well. Serve with dosa.
For idli dosa batter soak the dhal and rice and poha separately for 5 hours and grind separately then lastly mix both togther. Ferment for 8 hours and make dosas.
