Take milk in heavy bottom pan
Add salt
Boil it on low flame
Add flour when it starts boiling
Mix well to.make a Dough
Now take it off from the heat and keep it covered with cling foil for 10 minutes.
Now add ghee in it and kneed well to make a smooth dough
Now dough should b devided into three parts
Mix colour in every part
Now make lemin size balls from dough
Make a roti size big poori
Cut four small size poori with a bowl or cookie cutter
Now place all poorie one by one by over lapping each other
Now roll them tightly
Cut this bundle from the middle to make them two
Now take one part open petals
Now you will get two flowers at same time.
Make all flowers like this
Heat oil
Fry them in medium low heat
Take them out on kitchen towel to reduce extra oil.
Heat a pan add water And sugar
Boil and make 1 srrand syrup
Add cardmom powder
Add all gulab pitha to soak sugar syrup
Sprinkle kewara water and serve
