In a mixing bowl take wheat flour , grated bottle guard, turmeric powder, red chilli powder , Coriander powder , salt to taste, soda , sugar, garlic and green chillies paste
Mix well everything and add curd
Mix well everything and prepare muthiyas as shown in picture ( don't add water)
Now boil 4-5 cups pf water on a deep container , keep a plate on it and arrange all muthiyas over it
Cover it again with a lid and steam for next 15-20 minutes on low heat
After a while , cut muthiyas into bite size
Heat some oil in a pan , add Sesame seeds , pinch of asafoetida and curry leaves. Add chopped muthiyas and saute' for some time till coated in tadka
Serve hot immediately with kadhi
Its just a complete meal, yummy and healthy
