2 cups wheat flour
2 tsp gram flour
1 1/2 cups palak puree
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 tsp chilly paste
2 cups oil for frying
Directions
Mix everything and knead a soft dough.
Rest it for 5 minutes .
Add more flour or water if required. You can use curd too.
Divide dough into 6 small portions and roll a small puri.
Deep fry it and serve hot with chutney.
