Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups wheat flour


  • 2 tsp gram flour


  • 1 1/2 cups palak puree


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp chilly paste


  • 2 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • Mix everything and knead a soft dough.
  • Rest it for 5 minutes .
  • Add more flour or water if required. You can use curd too.
  • Divide dough into 6 small portions and roll a small puri.
  • Deep fry it and serve hot with chutney.
