Arrange all the ingredients required for pumpkin or bhopla thalipith
In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients and mix well without water ..keep it covered aside for rest
After a while mix well again and prepare small thalipith on palm by patting little and giving shape ...make a hole in centre of thalipith
Heat a non stick pan and cook thalipith from both sides
Later, add oil as per need from sides and central hole . Shallow fry till golden brown and crisp from both sides
Serve hot immediately with curd, dry garlic chutney or pickle
