Take mutton and marinate it with curd,ginger garlic paste,salt and other dry spices for 1 hour
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker
Add chopped onions and saute till brown
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min
Add this mix to a mixer grinder alongwith tomato and green chillies and grind it
Add lilttle ghee in same pressure cooker and add all whole spices.
Add the grinded mixture and saute for 1-2 mins
Add salt and other dry spices and mix well
Add the marinated mutton and mix
Saute on medium flame for 10-15 mins
When it starts leaving oil,add water as per gravy required
Cook on high flame for 2 whistles and then on low flame for 20-25 mins
Open cooker when pressure goes off.
Serve hot with roti or rice
