Ingredients

Serves 4

  • For Base 200 gm any type of biscuit crumbs I will use ginger cookies

  • 80 gm butter melted

  • For mousse 10 pic gulabjamun

  • 2 tsp Rose water

  • 1 Fresh ROSE petals

  • 500 gm soft cheese

  • 2 tbsp milkmad or sugar optional

  • 500 gm whipped cream

  • 100 gm milk

  • 30 gm gelatin

  • 90 gm water for soaking gelatin

Directions

    Mix biscuit crumbs and butter well. Spread in base of heart shape mould or any other. Refrigerate the mould.

    Soak gelatin in water and keep aside.

  • 03

    Make mousse mixture by mixing cheese, whipped cream, milk, and rose water, milkmad.

    Remove the refrigerated biscuit crumb mould and arrange the gulabjamun layer on top of it.

    Melt gelatin in the microwave and add in mousse mixture.

  • 06

    Pour mixture in the mixture and freeze for few hours.

  • 07

    Un-mould the cheese cake and garnish with fresh rose petals and gulabjamun. Keep it in refrigerator. Serve it ymmmmy gulabjamun cheese cake.
