Ari Unda/ Rice Ladoos are one of the traditional sweets of Kerala. Mostly it is prepared during festival seasons. Ari unda is very easy to prepare and is very delicious.

Ingredients
Serves : 8
1 cups rice
1 cups grated coconut
3/4 cups grated jaggery
1/4 cups cashew nut
1 tsp cardamom powder
1-2 tsp ghee (optional)
Directions
Dry roast rice and grind it to slightly coarse powder
Dry roast cashewnut
Mix well rice powder, cashewnut, grated coconut,cardamom powder and ghee.
Make balls from the mixture.
Yummy ari unda is ready
