നാടൻ അരിയുണ്ട | Ari Balls / Rice Ladoo Traditional Kerala Recipe

Ari Unda/ Rice Ladoos are one of the traditional sweets of Kerala. Mostly it is prepared during festival seasons. Ari unda is very easy to prepare and is very delicious.

Total Time : 15 Min

Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 cups rice


  • 1 cups grated coconut


  • 3/4 cups grated jaggery


  • 1/4 cups cashew nut


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1-2 tsp ghee (optional)

Directions

  • Dry roast rice and grind it to slightly coarse powder
  • Dry roast cashewnut
  • Mix well rice powder, cashewnut, grated coconut,cardamom powder and ghee.
  • Make balls from the mixture.
  • Yummy ari unda is ready
