Mix biscuit crumbs and butter well. Or mix cake crumb and butter. Spread in base mould. Refrigerate the mould.
Soak gelatin in water and keep aside.
In a bowl mixing cheese cream, whipped cream, milk, and chocolate chips, melt chocolate.
Melt gelatin in the microwave and add in mixture.
Pour mixture in the cheese cake mixture and freeze for set. Un-mould the cheese cake and spray it with chocolate chips.Keep it in the refrigerator.Garnish with chocolate.
