Choco Cheese Cream Cake

  • 200 gms for base : chocolate cake or chocolate biscuits crumbs

  • 2 tbsp butter melted optional

  • 1 nos if you use biscuit crumbs use butter

  • 500 gms soft cheese

  • 500 gms whipped cream

  • 100 gms milk

  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp melted chocolate

  • 30 gms gelatin

  • 90 gms water for soaking gelatin


  • Mix biscuit crumbs and butter well. Or mix cake crumb and butter. Spread in base mould. Refrigerate the mould.
  • Soak gelatin in water and keep aside.
  • In a bowl mixing cheese cream, whipped cream, milk, and chocolate chips, melt chocolate.
  • Melt gelatin in the microwave and add in mixture.
  • Pour mixture in the cheese cake mixture and freeze for set. Un-mould the cheese cake and spray it with chocolate chips.Keep it in the refrigerator.Garnish with chocolate.
