Ingredients

Serves 4

  • For Base : chocolate cake or chocolate biscuits crumbs 200 gms

  • butter melted optional 2 tbsp

  • If you use biscuit crumbs use butter 1 nos

  • soft cheese 500 gms

  • whipped cream 500 gms

  • milk 100 gms

  • Choco Cheese Cream Cake chocolate chips 2 tbsp

  • melted chocolate 2 tbsp

  • gelatin 30 gms

  • water for soaking gelatin 90 gms

Directions

    Mix biscuit crumbs and butter well. Or mix cake crumb and butter. Spread in base mould. Refrigerate the mould.

    Soak gelatin in water and keep aside.

    In a bowl mixing cheese cream, whipped cream, milk, and chocolate chips, melt chocolate.

    Melt gelatin in the microwave and add in mixture.

  • 05

    Pour mixture in the cheese cake mixture and freeze for set. Un-mould the cheese cake and spray it with chocolate chips.Keep it in the refrigerator.Garnish with chocolate.
