  • 1 litre doodh


  • 1 cup chawal ka atta


  • 1 cup mava


  • 2 tspoon pisi chini (mava ke liye)


  • 1 table spoon pisi chini (rabddi ke liye)


  • 1/2 tspoon choti ilyachi ka powder


  • 1/2 cup pista kata hua


  • 1/2 cup badam kata hua


  • 2 tspoon ghee


  • 1 cup pani

Directions

  • Kadahi me pani ko garm kare
  • Garm pani me chawal ka atta aur 1 tspoon ghee dal kar mix kare aur 5 minute ke liye kadahi ko dhimi aanch per dhak de
  • Plate me aate ko nikal kar thoda thanda kare.
  • Hatheli me baki ka bacha hua ghee laga kar aate ko khub masal kar chikna gooth le.
  • Mava me pisi chini milaye
  • Chawal ke aate se choti choti balls bana le
  • Balls ko dabakar chapta kare aur usme mava stuff karke balls ko achhi tarah se band kar le
  • Isi tarah se sabhi balls ko stuff karke bana le.
  • Doodh ko kisi bade bartan me ubal le.
  • Doodh ubal jane per aanch dhimi kar de aur ek ek karke sabhi balls ko usme dale
  • Doodh ke gadha hone tak rice balls ko pakaye aur bich bich me dhire dhire chalate rahe.
