Bringal 1 nos
potato 1 nos
onion 1 nos
Dried chilly 2 nos
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Curry leave 1 sprig
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Directions
Cut bringal potato and onion
Heat cooking oil in a pan cracle mustard curry leaves and dried chilly. Now add sliced onion and saute it untill it becomes tender.
Now its the time to add potato and brinjal add turmeric powder and salt to this . Saute it and cook it coverd for 10 minutes . Saute in between so that it should not stick to the bottomnof the pan. You can also add masalas of your choice in this stage. Saute it and switch off the flame
