  • lal mirch powder 1 tsp

  • haldi powder 1 tbsp

  • chutki Hing 1 nos

  • laal akhi mirch 7-8 nos

  • Patti wale kand 3 nos

  • jeers 1 tsp

  • basmati rice 2 cups

  • paani 2 litre

  • Rai 1 tsp

  • rabodi 1.5 cups

  • sarson Ka Tel 2 tbsp

  • Kali lahsoon 8-10 nos

  • laal mirch powder 2 tbsp

  • bhoona hua jeera kut ke 1/2 tbsp

    Sab daal achchhi Tarah se dho le aur 20 min ke liye bhiga le.

    Lal jadi mirch ki barik kaat le. Zatak Kar extra bij Nikal le. Ek pan Mai sarson Ka Tel daale.usme Rai ,hing,Kati hui mirch ,namak daale 2 min pakaye. Thoda sa nimbu Ka ras daal de.

    Bajare ke aate Mai thoda hing, ajwayan,lal mirch powder,namak,thoda sa moan daale. Achchhese mix Kare. Paani daal Kar aata gunde. Usko hatheli ki madad se dabate hue mix Kare. Garam tave per dono taraf se sek le. Aap chahe to sarson ke Tel Mai dono taraf se sek bhi sakate hai. Gur uper rakh ke Parise.
