Wash and soak barley, rice and dhals separately for 4 hours
Separately Grind each to coarse paste. Take all these in a big bowl and mix well together
To this paste, add egg, crushed pepper, crushed cumin, hing, onion, green chilly ,mint leaves, coriander leaves, rice flour and mix well together
Preheat a dosai kadai and add a tablespoons of oil
When heated enough, two full scoops of prepared batter and spread a little with the back of the laddle
Reduce the flame and cook for few minutes until it turns golden brown.
Flip to another side and cook for few minutes. Serve hot with chutney
