Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2-3 cups grated carrots


  • 4 tsp ghee


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 10 nos rasins


  • 5-6 tsp chopped cashews

Directions

  • Heat ghee and add grated carrots. On low flame let it cook till mushy.
  • Add sugar and stirr till it disolves.
  • Add cardamom powder and nuts.
  • Garnish with raisins and nuts and serve hot.
