  • 25 nos dried apricots

  • 1 cups strained water from socked apricot

  • 1 cups sugar as require

  • 1 cups dry fruits

  • 1 cups little rose water


  • Rinse the apricots well.
  • Then shock them overnight in enough water.
  • Remove the app records next day and keep the water aside.
  • Deseed the apricots.
  • Keep the hard kernals aside and break the kernels.
  • Throw away the hard covering and keep the almond like nuts aside.
  • Add one cup of the string water in the pan along with the apricot.
  • You can also mesh the apricots with help of your hand.
  • Cook on a low flame for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • If the mixture looks dry at some water.
  • Now add sugar and cook it for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Add little rose water and almond seeds of apricots.
  • stir it well.
  • Now turn off the flame.
  • Serve qubani ka meetha hot.
  • You can also serve it cold.
  • Garnish it with dry fruits.
